Are you a modular home manufacturer?

No. We're an authorized distributor — with direct factory access, contact with the production line, and quality control oversight. Every module goes through a 4-stage inspection at the factory before leaving. Not the same as buying from a wholesaler and reselling with a markup.

What do people usually buy the F700 for?

Shop box, office, clinic, food service, gym, studio. The F700 is a versatile 29 m² open space module — we tailor the interior fit-out to the specific use case.

Does the F700 have interior divisions?

No. The F700 is 29 m² open space — no interior walls. So you design the layout for your use. If you need more division — consider the Home 38 m² Standard.

Can I add a glass wall?

Yes — one of the most common modifications. Glass wall 30% (typical for boutique, clinic) costs +€780. Full 50% glass wall (for showroom, shop) — +€1,100.

Is it suitable for year-round use?

The F700 comes with 50 mm insulation as standard — enough for spring–autumn season. Winter version (extra insulation) is +€900.

What are the payment terms?

30% deposit on contract signing, 70% before shipment from the factory. Contract signed remotely.

How long does the whole process take?

90 to 120 days from contract signing to on-site installation. Factory production 10–14 weeks, shipping and installation 1–2 weeks.

Can I see the F700 before ordering?

Yes. We have a showroom in Reda (Wejherowska 3, Poland) — we schedule visits after an initial call.
