2. What data we collect
On the MP Modular website, we collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through:
- Quote inquiry form — first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, site location, information about the planned use of the container/modular home.
- Direct contact — via phone call, e-mail or showroom visit in Reda.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, data from cookies (see section 7).
3. Purpose and basis of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Preparing an offer for the requested model (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary for pre-contractual actions).
- Phone and e-mail contact regarding the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performance of the contract if a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fulfillment of legal obligations — accounting, taxes, warranty (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Marketing of our own services — based on the controller's legitimate interest or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
Your data may be shared with:
- the factory producing the ordered model (for contract performance),
- carriers (for organizing transport from Gdynia/Reda),
- the accounting office and law firm,
- hosting and e-mail providers,
- authorized state authorities — if required by law.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention period
We retain personal data:
- until inquiry contact ends (max. 12 months from last contact if no contract is concluded),
- for the duration of the contract and 24-month warranty,
- for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (up to 5 years after contract end),
- until consent is withdrawn — for consent-based marketing.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify incorrect data,
- erase data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to data processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing prior to withdrawal),
- file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Cookies
The MP Modular website uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential — session management, language preferences and selected settings.
- Analytics — anonymous website visit statistics (Google Analytics or similar tools).
- Marketing — advertising provider cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) if you have given consent.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this may however limit website functionality.
8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or damage. Data submitted through the inquiry form is encrypted using SSL/TLS.

This privacy policy may be updated — the most current version is always available at this address. The last update date is shown at the beginning of the document.
