From signing to delivery usually takes 15–17 weeks: production 6–8 weeks, sea freight about 8 weeks, customs clearance and inland transport about 1 week. Every home is made to order — we don't keep stock. Chinese New Year 2027 falls on 6 February and extends lead times around that date.
Use the configurator or contact form. We usually reply within 24 working hours. For an accurate quote we need: model and layout, intended use (it determines insulation), plot location and number of units. The quote lists home, add-ons, transport and installation separately.
Show homes — Standard 38 m² and Premium 38 m² — are in Reda, Wejherowska 3 (Mon–Fri 9:00–16:00, by appointment). If you can't come, we'll arrange a video call.
The home is built at a partner factory in China. We share photos from each production stage. After quality checks the home ships folded — one 40 HQ container holds two 38 m² homes or one 74 m² home.
We confirm the date a week in advance. The home arrives folded in one transport, the crane places it on the foundation and our crew unfolds it in 1 working day. Handover: a transport acceptance record and an installation acceptance record.
