Mountains add three challenges compared with lowlands: snow and wind, low temperatures and access. On top of that, resort towns often have stricter zoning plans and national-park buffer zones have extra restrictions.
Poland is divided into snow-load zones; high in the mountains the load is many times higher than in the lowlands. 38 m² and 74 m² homes have a pitched roof as standard. Roof capacity for your exact location is confirmed in the quote — a reinforced version may be needed. Give us the plot location with your enquiry.
The standard EPS 50 mm is a seasonal version — not enough for a mountain winter. For winter use we quote thicker insulation, PU/PIR, rock wool or a winter package, and pay attention to floor insulation and shielding the space under the home.
The home arrives folded on one trailer — no oversize transport — but it's still a heavy load (the 74 m² home weighs approx. 5.5 t). Check road capacity and turning radii, gate width (min. 3.5 m) and clearance (4.5 m), and a firm crane pad of approx. 5 × 8 m. Plan installation between spring and autumn.
On sloping plots screw piles or a slab with levelling usually work best. We provide the foundation drawing after contract and deposit; slabs and piles are built by a local firm.

We will quote the mountain package for your plot — snow zone, local zoning and delivery access included.
